Memorial Donations in any amount will be accepted by the Foundation in memory of an individual, family, company or any other group distinction. The honoree(s) will be recognized in some of the programs of the Foundation.Memorial Donations of One Hundred ($100.00) Dollars and above will be accepted and Individuals, families or companies so honored shall be listed on the website and recognition shall be given in some of the programs of the Foundation. A photograph and a one-page essay may be submitted for inclusion on the website. Permission for such inclusion must be given by signing the “Permission for Inclusion” portion of the Memorial Donation form.
