Founding Members, whether individual, a couple, a family or company, will make a one-time donation of Two Thousand ($2,000.00) Dollars for lifetime membership in the Foundation.This membership can be established as a Memorial for a deceased loved one or for a family. The honoree(s) will be distinguished on the website and in some of the literature of the Foundation. The individuals, families or companies establishing the Founding Membership may submit a photograph and a one-page essay regarding the honoree(s) which will be published on the website provided Permission for Inclusion has been signed. An agent for the membership shall be named and will act on behalf of the Founding Membership.
